- All rugs are washed at our facility — never cleaned in-home
- We offer scheduled pickup service
- Customers may also drop off rugs at our facility
- Rugs are inspected, tested, and measured before washing
- Final pricing is confirmed before work begins
- Typical turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks

- Typically Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
