Rest assured, at Duke Brothers we follow IICRC guidelines (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for professional hardwood cleaning of your engineered wood or hardwood floors. We’ve developed a multi-step process for superb results.

• We test the floor to ensure it’s a good candidate for cleaning. Specifically, we don’t want to see a buildup of acrylic wax on the floor. Wax must be removed before it can be cleaned.
• Next, we protect all the areas not being cleaned.
• Third, we use a powerful vacuum to totally remove all dirt and debris from the floor.
• Now we apply our cleaning product, thoroughly scrubbing the floors with our hardwood floor cleaning machine.
• Finally, we apply a revitalizer sealer in a glossy, semi-glossy, or matte finish. This is not polyurethane. It preserves the original finish already on the floor.

Remember to allow the floor to dry for at least three hours before walking on it—socks only for 24 hours.
