A Few Tips About Tile
- If you haven’t had your tile cleaned in several years, some of the stains may be permanent. Grout is porous, and over the years as the sealant wears off, the stains migrate deeper into the grout. Machine cleaning cannot reach stains to levels greater than three to five years of dirt.
- All tile is supposed to be sealed at installation, but installers don’t always do a good job. We’re a tile and grout cleaning company that uses a high-end sealant for superb results. We recommend sealing your grout every 1-2 years.
- To maintain your tile between cleaning and sealing services, simply mop it with a floor cleaner that does NOT contain acrylic wax. The wax builds up, and we can’t clean the floor without first stripping the wax, which can get expensive.
